Need more outbound SMS segments?
Add 500 for $15, 2,000 for $55, or 10,000 for $250. Purchased segments remain until used. Auto-refill is optional, off by default, and requires a pack and monthly cap.
Questions people actually ask
What happens after the 15-day trial?
You pick a plan or you walk away. The trial is the full product for one user, and we do not take a card up front, so there is nothing to cancel.
How are text messages counted?
Outbound SMS is counted in carrier segments, not message bubbles. Long messages, emoji, and some special characters may use more than one segment. Inbound SMS is not deducted from your EchoClose balance.
What is A2P registration and why do you keep mentioning it?
US carriers require businesses to register who they are and what they text about, or their messages get filtered. EchoClose files and maintains that registration for you. Without it, business texting quietly fails.
I sell alone today. What if I join a team later?
Start on your own plan and keep working your book. If your company adopts EchoClose, your account can be brought into their group so your history comes with you. Talk to us before switching and we will walk you through it.
Can I use my own Quo account?
Team, Network, and Enterprise workspaces can connect Quo. EchoClose does not meter messages sent through your connected provider, but that provider's own charges, limits, and compliance requirements still apply.
Is there a contract?
Solo, Team, and Network can be billed monthly or annually. Annual pricing includes two months free. Enterprise uses a custom annual agreement.
